Kinesiology, also known as muscle testing, is used to communicate with the body and identify what is needed to improve health and wellbeing. After identifying exactly what support the body needs through muscle testing, a variety of treatments are used to fully balance the mind and body including; nutrition, emotional work, lymphatic massage and electrical corrections.
Food sensitivity testing is just one part of Kinesiology and by knowing which foods are having a negative impact on your body is a key step into finding the root cause of your problems. Once a food sensitivity is identified, I will also identify what nutrition would help your body to eventual tolerate the food again once reintroduce however initially it is recommended you avoid the offending food for a short period of time while your body is recovering.
When your mind and body are fully balanced you may find that many emotional and physical ailments disappear and you have new lease of life.
What you need to know…
I am Karen Thrush, the founder of Karen’s Kinesiology and I have now incorporated my existing business under a new name to reflect my new wellbeing offerings and will now be known as Karen’s Infinite Health.
I began practising as a Kinesiologist more than 10 years ago and have been helping clients to overcome many health issues using Kinesiology ever since. I have continued to develop my skills and have added EFT and Matrix Reimpinting (Tapping) to my toolkit. These additional treatments and my new exciting business opportunities are now all under the new name of Karen’s Infinite Health.
The Beginners Kinesiology Course is taught on behalf of the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon. The course spans across 6 months with classes taking place one weekend every month. The monthly classes are workshop based, giving students the opportunity to get hands-on practical experience. In between classes, 12 case studies must be completed as homework.
Throughout the course, students will learn muscle testing, techniques for correcting energy imbalances and which nutritional supplements and Bach Flower Remedy will balance the mind and body. The course is suitable for a range of students, it is a pre-requisite to the Kinesiology Practitioner Training and is perfect for existing therapists, as the course qualifies for CPD. Students can also join as a method for improving the health and wellbeing of themselves, their friends and families.
During a session, I will muscle test a variety of nutritional supplements to detect which will help balance the client’s body. Juice Plus products are a key part of my toolkit and often test out as beneficial in combating many health issues. Juice Plus is simply Fruit, Veg, Berries and vegan Omega Oil capsules, which are derived from plants, containing Omega 3,5,6,7 and 9. However, the client’s body will give me feedback through muscle testing as to which supplements are beneficial for them, removing any guess work. I also test supplements from Lily & Loaf (Nature’s Sunshine), Bio Care, Cytoplan, Higher Nature, Nutri, Specialist Herbal Supplies and Epigenetics.
I mentor a small team of Juice Plus Distributors and have a few spots left to fill. Juice Plus is the perfect fit for anyone looking for a business which they can fit around their existing commitments and help promote healthy living. With no stock to purchase up-front, it has a very low start up cost of just £50!
Recently I have also added Tropic Skincare to my recommendations to clients, as these products are free from nasty chemicals and test out well using Kinesiology and I love using the products myself too. I have a small team of Ambassadors who also enjoy recommending Tropic to their friends and family. This is a great business opportunity for those interested in natural skincare, where you can have your own business for an investment of £198, which includes your own products worth over £400!
