Kinesiology, also known as muscle testing, is used to communicate with the body and identify what is needed to improve health and wellbeing. After identifying exactly what support the body needs through muscle testing, a variety of treatments are used to fully balance the mind and body including; nutrition, emotional work, lymphatic massage and electrical corrections.
Food sensitivity testing is just one part of Kinesiology and by knowing which foods are having a negative impact on your body is a key step into finding the root cause of your problems. Once a food sensitivity is identified, I will also identify what nutrition would help your body to eventual tolerate the food again once reintroduce however initially it is recommended you avoid the offending food for a short period of time while your body is recovering.
When your mind and body are fully balanced you may find that many emotional and physical ailments disappear and you have new lease of life.
Karen’s Infinite Health
What you need to know…
I am Karen Thrush, the founder of Karen’s Kinesiology and I have now incorporated my existing business under a new name to reflect my new wellbeing offerings and will now be known as Karen’s Infinite Health.
I began practising as a Kinesiologist more than 10 years ago and have been helping clients to overcome many health issues using Kinesiology ever since. I have continued to develop my skills and have added Reiki, EFT and Matrix Reimpinting (Tapping) to my toolkit. These additional treatments and my new exciting business opportunities are now all under the new name of Karen’s Infinite Health.
Whilst we are in lock down all sessions are online via Zoom and are proving very effective. I am really pleased and excited that I am now insured to do surrogate testing sessions using Clients hair samples to get all the answers I need to help Clients regain their health.
The Beginners Kinesiology Course is taught on behalf of the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon. The course spans across 6 months with classes taking place one weekend every month. The monthly classes are workshop based, giving students the opportunity to get hands-on practical experience. In between classes, 12 case studies must be completed as homework.
Throughout the course, students will learn muscle testing, techniques for correcting energy imbalances and which nutritional supplements and Bach Flower Remedy will balance the mind and body. The course is suitable for a range of students, it is a pre-requisite to the Kinesiology Practitioner Training and is perfect for existing therapists, as the course qualifies for CPD. Students can also join as a method for improving the health and wellbeing of themselves, their friends and families.
I often hold Taster Events open to all to come and sample kinesiology before committing to a session or a course. At the Taster you will see demonstrations and experience kinesiology first hand to see if it a therapy for you.
I also run workshops combining EFT and Kinesiology teaching self help routines to use at home.
Twice a year I run Beginners Systematic Kinesiology Foundation training courses near Swindon. The course is taught on behalf of the longest running kinesiology course in the UK . The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology founded by Brian Butler.
