Foundation Course

Levels 1 to 6

Learning Kinesiology at Foundation Level is the perfect way to help improve your health, or the health of friends or family.

For existing healthcare practitioners, the benefit of adding this Kinesiology certification to your skill set is that it can further help your clients and count towards your CPD.

You can immediately utilise the skills, training and techniques you receive as part of this course and will continue to reap the benefits for years to come – even if you do no further training!

You may even choose to extend your learning by enrolling in Practitioner Training (held in Surrey) to become a fully qualified Kinesiology Practitioner.

The 8-Day Kinesiology Course offers flexible training for up to 4 students.

Two days a month for 4 months, 9.30 am to 5 pm

Nov: 10th and 24th – Dec: 4th and 18th

Jan: 8th and 22nd – Feb: 6th and 19th

What to Expect from the Course?

This beginner’s Kinesiology course comprises six modules. Each module teaches different muscle tests and techniques, which you will workshop and practice as you go along.

The course is a good mix of theory and hands-on practical learning. Case studies (practised and completed outside of class) are an essential part of your learning.

You will learn the theory behind Kinesiology, then practice your new skills on your classmates, plus friends and family as part of your homework – yes, there will be homework!

The course includes basic muscle testing, emotional stress-release techniques and much more.

This is an accredited course taught on behalf of the foremost UK Kinesiology school, The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology. The techniques learned form a large part of every Kinesiologist’s treatment plan.

How to assess whether an ailment is a physical, structural, energetic or emotional imbalance
How to support the body to regain balance and improve health
How to work with meridien energies

Course Cost – £2,400

This 8-day training course (1 to 4 students) is payable in instalments: an initial deposit of £600, followed by eight payments of £225. Other payment terms can be agreed upon in advance of booking if needed.

Need to Know…

Once you’ve completed all course days, homework and student case studies, you will be awarded the Certificate of Systematic Kinesiology Balanced Health Levels 1 to 6, which is fully accredited by The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology.

For existing holistic practitioners, this certificate is recognised as part of your CPD and, once correctly insured, will enable you to offer Kinesiology alongside your established treatments.

Please note: The course cost covers everything you need, including your course manual, magnet and nutritional testing kit.

Quarterly Kinesiology Practice Days for Past Students & Practitioners

These Practice Days allow you to develop your learning, ask questions, share your experiences and, most importantly, support one another. Each meetup has a main topic and plenty of time for you to discuss specific subjects or questions. The meetups qualify towards your CPD hours.
