This blog post is about the symptoms of Long Covid and how I have been helping my clients to recover from Long Covid.

There are more and more cases of people suffering with Long Covid and I am helping many clients to recover from Long Covid. Both adults and children are suffering and there are many other viruses doing the rounds too, causing suffering to many families.

People with Long Covid have been experiencing a multitude of symptoms.

Typical Long Covid Symptoms

  • Flu-like symptoms
  • High temperatures
  • Body aches and pains
  • Headaches
  • Dry Cough
  • Insomnia
  • Fatigue
  • Digestive issues

Long Covid is a strain on the body, and it’s important to listen to our bodies. It can take a few weeks or months before people are back to normal. For some people Long Covid has been a huge challenge to overcome.

What can help you recover from Long Covid?

Watching a loved one suffer from Long Covid can be heart-breaking. Long Covid is a viral infection, so naturally there are no pharmaceutical drugs that can completely cure it, but there are many holistic and alternative methods and supplements, that can help sufferers feel better.

  • The most important thing to help with recovery is to rest, giving the body chance to recover and drink lots of water to help flush the toxins out of the body.
  • Movement helps to get toxins moving out of the body by stimulating the lymphatic system. This is a catch 22 situation, as often sufferers are too tired to move! Lymphatic massage is another way to get the lymph moving to remove toxins from the body.
  • I have been helping  Clients post Covid, as well as those who are Long Covid suffers, to detox their body with my lymphatic massage trousers.  Clients are feeling re-energised after a course of 6 sessions.
  • Using Kinesiology I identify exactly what is needed to help get clients who are suffering with Long Covid back into balance. A good immune boost of supplements is often needed Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and sometimes colloidal silver can help. I am also finding that NAC (N- acetyl cysteine) or Glutathione is also helpful. There is also often inflammation, Curcumin or Turmeric help to reduce inflammation.
  • For insomnia Magnesium or Calcium and Magnesium seem to be helping Clients.
  • Clients are also often in need of some emotional support too and the Bach Flowers Remedies are a great for this, as well as EFT Tapping.
  • I have also found that some Clients who are suffering with Long Covid seem to be more sensitive to foods and often need their digestion supported with supplements too. The main foods which are upsetting them are wheat, cows milk and sugar.


Before taking any of the above consult a Practitioner and if you are on medication, check with a Pharmacist that the supplements can be taken alongside your medication.


There is a pattern to what is needed but not every client needs the same supplement, we are all unique and everyone’s needs are slightly different.
