Sessions can be conducted face to face or via Zoom. I will talk you through the session and establish your goals for the session and together we will come up with a session plan. To obtain the maximum benefit from sessions it is recommended to have a block of five sessions initially, and then book others as and when needed.
I work with the client to establish a set-up statement concerning the issue the client wishes to work on. I begin the session by saying this statement aloud for the client to repeat, while tapping on points repeating the statement three times and then shortening the statement while continuing to tap on all the points.
The tapping will bring the energy up and the emotions and memories will surface. As the memories and emotions surface, I will guide the client into releasing them and, if relevant, will then guide the client in reimprinting the new beliefs. In a face-to-face session, I often tap on the client so they can focus more. During Skype sessions, the client will simply mirror my tapping and tap on themselves with the constant support from me as they tap, helping the client to deal with what comes up.
